Cosmetic Bags

I am wanting to buy a new and larger makeup bag than the one I currently own and I am having quite a difficult time deciding which one to buy. I need something that is big enough to hold what I need it to hold but not something so big that it won't fit in my purse! Here are my favorites:

Obviously my first choice is the Louis Vuitton monogram bag, however I cannot tell if the inside will get really dirty and look nasty after a while? I am in search of a review of the bag and would love to know your opinion on the if you have one, (#help!) I am fulling ok with paying the price but I am just unsure whether or not it would be a good investment.

The second bag of choice would be the Prada one. I have heard so many wonderful reviews of this and think it would just be a good buy overall. The Gucci is obviously stunning but I feel like it is just too fab to put my makeup in. Last, is the Tory Burch bag. I am so obsessed with the kerrington print and really want the phone case! I think this bag would be a good buy because it is adorable, nice quality and a good price.

I would really like to know anyones thoughts on the Louis Vuitton cosmetic bag because I really want it!! I just don't want to spend the money on it and be disappointed with the product! Please let me know your thoughts in a comment or email (themissmorganlife01@gmail.com) or share this with someone who can help!!

August Favorites: Beauty, Fashion & #GIRLBOSS!

SHOP THE BOARD

With school just starting, my life has become a little more hectic. Planing, reading, studying have been required and youtube and blogging are not as required, so school has to come first. With that being said, I am going to get on a regular blog schedule, I know, I know I have said that a gazillion times and have yet to be successful. However, it is much easier for me to blog than it is to make videos! I still want to continue youtube, but making videos will require planning further ahead. Therefore, I am going to try to stick with my blog and I hope you will continue or begin to read it more regularly!

Now, on to the monthly faves. This month I have sought out a less makeup/more natural style. I have kept things simple and found some new and some old favorites!

Last month I talked about my Clinique eyeshadow duo (that is no longer available, sad face) in my July monthly favorites. It has continued to be a favorite this month but I added All That Glitters to the combination (and NO I do not mean Elle Fowler, lol.) I was also in need of a new eyeshadow primer and quite a bit of buzz about the NARS primer so I figured I would give that one a go. Let me tell you... it is awesome!!! It works so much better than the Urban Decay primer that I have loved for years. I highly recommend checking this out, it is a must have.

As far as my skin goes, it has been so dry this summer! Everything, excluding my face, has been dry and itchy and I am just wondering how I am going to survive the winter months? I don't know what has happened but I have been using the Cuccio body butter and it really helps with the itchiness, plus it smells divine!

For my hair, I have been using the Honor Haircare hair mask (c/o) about once a week and my hair has been so soft! This stuff literally smells like you have gone on vacation to a tropical island! I LOVE it!  It makes my hair feels softer and more healthy. My favorite thing is that I am able to see results and my hair not be so oily that it is flat after I use it. My hair has just as much body, only it is becoming healthier! Honor Haircare uses safe and healthy ingredients to achieve beautiful and shiny hair. This is by far my favorite mask of all that I have tried! (more to come on this mask soon)

The read of this month should come as no surprise as it has taken over every bloggers instagram, twitter and/ or blog. #GIRLBOSS is such an empowering book. I am still reading it, but I would recommend this to ANY girl especially those who want to become successful! Sophia is inspiring, quirky and shows that you don't have to be cookie cutter to be successful, you just have to have to be willing to work hard.

This month my favorites have been simple but ones that will last! Thank you for stopping by to read a little about my favorites! Let me know what your favorites are in a comment!!
