Favorite: Bath & Body Products!

Left: Body Scrub
Right: Hand Creme

Today I wanted to tell you a little bit about my new favorite bath  & body products!  This collection by Laura Mercier  is just amazing. My favorite scent out of the collection is the Creme de Pistache ( hence why I own this one lol). I can not do this product justice in describing just how yummy it smells! I only own two of the products in this collection because they are a little on the pricey side, or at least what I would consider pricey.  But after using these two, I must say they are well worth the money you will spend. Back in the winter a salesperson at my counter gave me a sample of the hand creme in Fresh Fig. I'm not going to lie, it made me itch (literally). So that kind of turned me off to the whole collection for a while. Until a few months ago when I watched  thecurrentcustom's video on these products. It sparked my interest again on the collection and I am so glad it did! This time I decided to go purchase the body scrub, in the scent creme de pistache,  just to give it a try.

This body scrub is hands down my favorite body scrub I have EVER used. It smells so delicious. I just like to sit and smell it sometimes (lol).  I often find that most body scrubs leave this nasty, oily residue that I just can not stand ( I already have oily skin, I don't want to make it any worse!). This one however, leaves NO residue (which is awesome)! Another problem that I have found with body scrubs is that they can either be to rough or not rough enough, this one however is neither! It has just enough texture to exfoliate skin without being too rough. At the same time is has a kind of creamy, whipped consistency that feels moisturizing on the skin. I highly recommend this body scrub, it is amazing.

Although the body scrub is great, I do not really feel as if you get your money's worth out of the hand creme. It smells just as good as the body scrub and feels great on your hands. But, if you are looking for a more thick or repairing hand creme this would not be suited for you. To me the consistency of this hand creme is more like a lotion than a creme. It's not that I don't like the creme, because I do, I just don't feel like it is worth $15.

This collection comes in five different scents: Creme de Pistache, Creme Brulee, Fresh Fig, Almond Coconut Milk, and Ambre Vanille.  I bought my products at Nordstrom. I cannot wait to try the rest of the collection!

Thanks for reading!
xoxo,
Morgan
